Natural Diuretic’s…and so tasty ! Most all of these can be added to your water jug for a daily consumption, or to healthy smoothie’s, ground and added to soups etc.
Celery, parsley ( strongest diuretic ) grapes, fennel seed, papaya, green tea, lemons, watermelon, and cucumber. ( my personal like ) 1 quart of water, 1 quart of green tea, (celery, parsley, lemon, and cucumber to make 1 cup ) add to water-stir to blend…drink !
